looking at ordering some spoons, for the guys that have run them, for early season kings, april to june, what size are you runnning and what thickness?, I was thinking magnum razors?

It really didn't seem to matter last yr. I was catching kings on all sizes of bobby spoons until summer came, then it was a meat and flasher fly bite.

I have all Magnums of his spoons except a few fingerlings. Good spoons and great patterns.

At the end of last season I had a monster break off a super skank mag. I watched as the pole released and it ran thru 3 other lines then pop. Never even got to pick up the pole. It snapped the leader just about the middle and I had checked all the leaders right before i left the dock. Worst part was that I only had that one.

I have a lot of fuller spoons and the only one I haven't taken kings on is wicked tuna but i'm sure it'll work at some point
