Tekota Drag Upgrades

Does anyone know what Tuna Tom gets for the ugraded Carbonex drag system with him doing the upgrade?  Does anyone do this local in or around Rochester?  Can you buy these reels new with the drags already upgraded?

Doing the upgrade yourself isn't hard.  Tuna Tom's website has schematics to follow if needed.

Local guy (Cheektowaga/Buffalo area) that does great work at a very reasonable rate. He even custom cut Carbontex sheet stock to make drag washers for some older reels of mine that were not available precut from the manufacturer, I couldn't be happier with the result.

I sent in 9 reels to tuna tom for new tournament drags, clean and grease. it was 160.00 and that included the shipping.
