Blackout Period for NYS License Sales and Game Harvest Reporting

DEC will be switching to a new licensing system on 12/26/13.  Beginning 12/26, there will be a blackout period for license sales and game harvest reporting.  The blackout period is expected to last one week. Hunters will be given a grace period to report their harvest of animals taken during the blackout.  So plan aheah if you were planning to purchase any licenses around then, or wait until the new system is up and running again approximately 1 week later.
