Henderson Harbor

I am planning a trip to Henderson for perch never fished there so any info on ice where to start and any other tips would be great...  thank you and happy holidays

I went there once on the ice and basically just headed straight out past the bait shop there and killed them. Had to drill a couple holes but found em quick

Thanks LC are the perch good size ? I fished sandy pond years ago and every perch was about 3 to 4 inches long

Before the ice storm there was 10" of ice off the boat launch to about 78 yd out then it when to abou 3-5" but I have not checked yet after the ice storm but with it being cold the next few day the ice should get nice and thick again

Yes the perch are good size up there. I fished it a lot last winter and did well almost every time. Sandy pond has good size perch in it but you gotta find them and sort through the dinks.

Lake view has good perch too. And the is south of hh also has a lot of good sized pike in it too

Right now there 6-8 in of ice 70 yards out from henchins or how ever the bait shop in henders harbor is spelled

THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE GREAT INFO i'll be up after the holidays there should be plenty of good ice by then..... if I do well i'll post a report !!
