Treble vs single point hooks

What are your tecommendations for replacing the hooks on spoons? I have a box full of spoons in sizes from NK mags and michigan stingers down to small needle fish and speedy shiners. I'm interested to see if you'd recommend single or treble, what sizes, and is ther a specific brand or type?
