Watkins Glen Launch

Anyone know if the launch in town is usable ? The itch is getting pretty bad to get out, but don't want to make the drive if iced in.

It was iced over last sat. Had to go to Cayuga Tungkanik was open. I heard a ramp was open at severene on Seneca but but I didn't personally see it Just word of mouth. And that was last weekend
