I bet that was a sight, through the field glasses of the coast guard crew.   I bet they were laughing to hard to even think of giving that poor bastard a summons, and then on what, I never heard it was illegal to have a life size doll  on board,   as long as she wore a life vest, not only doesn't he have one friend he's, also a desperate man in many ways,   LOL.

My buddy in San Diego told me about a guy that put a mannequin in the passenger side of his car so he could drive in the commuter lane (express) because the requirement is that more than one person has to be in the car (or you get a $300 fine)....a cop on a motor cycle pulled up next to him when he was stopped so that ended that solution
