Anyone know about open launches ?

Thinking of trying to get out Sunday. Anyone know the status of Watkins launch in Seneca or T- Falls ?

I don't know what Watkins glen looks like but I know the north end is frozen all the way across to the state park

I would think that the only possibility on Seneca might be Severne? on the west side

Is there a decent winter fishery out of that area, or is it a big run back down south to get to fish ?
