Any launches near the northern end of seneca open?

Anyone know if Sampson or roys boat launch is safe and able to launch a boat?

A few days ago the north end was frozen up quite a ways out past the outer channel markers in the lake so my hunch is that both those ramps have ice.

I heard dresdon was open but I only know of the launch in Watkins being open

Having fished it Thursday I can tell you 2 things north end is still iced up and the launch at Roy has less than 2' of water so hope you don't draft to much. I drove to Severne and even that is on the shallow side right now
