Charters for Spring Trout

Anybody know any charter/guides who go out for rainbows/browns in late April/early May? I live out in Oshawa, so I'm looking for something from Whitby - Newcastle areas. I don't want to be part of a large charter with lots of fishermen. I'd prefer someone who takes out 1-3 people, but still with at least an 18' boat that you can walk around in.

But he's out of the the Scarborough Bluffs
