Fixing Top Coat on a Flasher

I have the paint coming off on of my flashers that was not coated like some of the others.  Does anyone know what type of spray is used (or similar product) to coat them?

Clear acrylic, non-yellowing kind usually works well.

I'd also use the paint that is made specifically for use on plastic

Yes.  They have some for plastic & some for metal.
