I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any open water on the west end of the lake kinda have the itch to catch a couple steelies or just spend a day on the water. any help would be great

I'm guessing that the area below the dam and most of Fisherman's Park should be open and fishable at Burt Dam.  I know some friends have fished the Oak recently as well.

Thanks my friend finally got hit Facebook back up and running and said he's been killing chrome at Burt for most of the winter. We will be in the process of building a boat the next couple months but plan on making a trip up once this god awful winter weather breaks. I know I'm ready for warm weather
