Canvas Fastener: identify this part?

Fellow LOU Members,

Can you please help me identify this canvas drop curtain fastener? (Name, P/N, where can I find them, etc.)

They are used for securing the bottom of the drop curtains to the deck floor. This is on a '90 Penn Yan 245 Contender. I'm in need of some more of these fasteners and the mating plastic grommets that slide into them.

Most marinas have the plastic tings but they aren't cheap ($7 or 8 each)...not sure about the metal part but they are also used on the side of boats to hold bumpers.

West Marine stores should have them if one is near you. Had them in 2007 when I got them to hold my boat fenders.
