South End Cayuga spring trolling

When Is the best time to start going after browns on the south end of cayuga? What are the best rapala/spoons to use? What's the best speed for the most part? Got a decent brown trolling miliken today out of my kayak. Can't wait to go down to the south end and try it. Thanks!

it depends on the water temp. I have done good the first of april all the way through mid may. the east side warms up quicker. f9 size body baits work good. once the sun has been up for a couple of hours put a few deep diverstorm thunderstick jr. black scale and perch.

If you can get out now,, I'd be hittin em.  Fish in in front of creeks, Anywhere theres run off coming in the lake.
