what is the best month to fish

overall what is the best month to fish the big O out of the Fairhaven area for trout and salmon, while the salmon are still silver? If you had 2 weeks of that month to fish when would it be?

Last week of July, first week of August for kings that are still silver.

Personally, I like first week after thermocline has set up, usually mid July to late July.
