And to answer the question, the cup at the head of the fly is supposed to impart additional action to the fly. I can't say firsthand because even though I have a bunch of them, I don't think I've ever put one in the water

If Miss em doesnt get them I will take them off your hands.  They dont work at all.  I just want them around to take up space! 

 

On another note there are next to zero captains on Lake Ontario who are paid to endorse a product.  That was a very childish and immature comment.  Sure do we get discounts on equipment yes but paid to endorse...NO! 

 

Cant we all just get along be thankful that techniques and baits actually get shared with the general public!
