what is wromg with it? If it is the motor on a electric model, they are just MOPAR power window motors. you could either get one from a junk yard or take it to someone to have the brushes rebuilt

The gears are messed up in it. It stopped working last yr when i had it down 150' and had the weather turned bad so i had to go. I coulsnt get it to work so i muscled it up by hand and i think it stripped the hears

If you can get the measurements from the old gears, (outside diameter, hole size, and number of teeth), you could look online at the big industrial places like MSC, or Mc-Master Carr for a replacement gear. If the worn ones are blown away, get your dimensions from the good rigger.
