Long/Cranberry Pond Ice Out?

Looking for info on when the ice has found it's way out of Long and Cranberry Ponds.  I'm really chomping at the bit to get after the spring perch.

There was 20" on Long Pond a week ago.Some shore ice is gone though and Long Pond outlet is always opne.

They were fishing there yesterday, about 12 guys, saw no fish being caught

There is still ice but lots of water between the ice and shore.  Not enough open water to get the perch bite going yet.

I fished long Pond yesterday evening from 530-930. The perch are in there and they are big. Not a lot of bites, but some decent action. As a bonus, landed 2 walleyes, 6 and 8lbs. Mix of worms and minnows took fish. Funny how the biggest perch came after dark.

There was a guy on the ice on Cranberry when I went by yesterday afternoon.  CRAZY!

Yea gamble that was Kyle out there ice is still pretty thick he will fish those ponds until he falls in multiple times in a trip I was pretty much done after pike closed

Believe it or not, Jim was out there, too. No ice where I am right now though...Abaco bound from West Palm in an hour. Everybody stay on top!
