In case anyone forgot, here's how they go. and the numbers are the top set of numbers on your registration. Like NYXXXXGM.

Also make sure that the numbers are not touching any pin stripe. I got a ticket on Ibay for that.

Also don't forget that you have to have a space between letters and numbers. Like NY XXXX GM. They will give tickets for not spacing.
