Just bought a new for me boat. It has dual 115 hp mercury four strokes. The boat is a fiberglass 255 seaboss walk around. Will be trolling with one motor. Walleye fish majority of the year our of dunkirk need to be at 1.8 mph going with the waves in 3 to 4s. Thinking(2) 22 or 28 inch amish outfitter bags. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The 22s will be good if your running only one 115 and two bags. you might not need bags out on most days with that setup. 1.8 is tuff when its ruff especially on Erie!

I run a 26' striper with a 320 hp I/O, single prop. I troll with two bags out (one 28" bag on each side) of my boat with no problems getting down to even a 1.3 -1.5 mph, this is speed on gps and fish hawk. We mainly fish erie eyes near walnut creek running reef runners at 1.8 to 2.0.

Good luck  Rick
