What is stick? Do you mean plastic worm or more like a rapala or storm lures?

They mean hard lures with a stick/like appearance, like rapalas, storms, rebels, etc.  Long, slender minnow type crankbaits, not short, fat bass style crankbaits.

chompin at the bit to head over got everything just about set cant wait to disapoint myself lol hope its a better year than last spring we got one fish and stuck out in 6' to 8'ers 15 miles from port it was long freaky ride in. I don't care how much time youv'e spent on the water when you 24'er gets knocked 90deg by a wave you think oh sh#!!
