Ya. I feel a little stupid that I didn't hear or feel that Flat. Rim is ruined! The spare we finished the trip with is from 1989. I bolted and locked that ol spare on there in 1999. I couldn't believe I had the key on my key chain 3 vehicles later. Squaring that up today. Got home and the boat was 4 inches back from nose block. Strap broke. Obviously I thanked the Good lord after this trip! For the record we had 4 doubles and 2 that yanked it out of my hand while trying to place in release

Sounds like a great day and glade your boat stayed on the trailer. I'm used to traveling on gravel road in the middle of no where towing boats. So extra spare tires and a safety chain on the hook is a must for me. I never trust the load strap I've had the crank bust before and boat come off the trailer and sat in the road.. Not good.lol
