hey  went brown fishing for the first time last year didn't do well  maybe it was me being a rookie im going again in a couple weeks I have a few questions what lb fluorocarbon leader should I run what size swivels? weight or no weight? how far back off boards? how far back off riggers? what are some good spoons and sticks I should purchase? any help would be great thanks

There's as many different opinions as there are fisherman on the lake. But I use size 3 swivels on 12lb floro. Average 120 back and yesterday 20 ft behind the ball was fine. As far as baits lol buy them all! Natural to bright big to small because you just don't ever know
