Will a SSE wind for 24 hrs take all the stained water away at Sodus

I haven't done well in the past when trying to catch Spring browns in clear water. What are your thoughts on this?

It will take stained water away and it will be replaced by more stained water.

The stained water has clear water underneath it providing shelter from the sun that attracts the Brown Trout. Troll the edges of the stained waters with fluorescent Rapalas on your planer boards.
