Had the bearings replaced last year...

Ran the boat one week.. went to drain oil... brownish white..not good.. so i changed all oil.. lowrr and upper units.. now i went and changed all drain plug seals.. hoping that is the problem..

Question..since i changed the oil.. is it ok yo run the boat... then recheck the oil...or will it hurt the i/o more?

If you originally had oil in the water, replaced seals and put new oil in, it appears you would have to put it back in to see if it solved the issue.  I would run it a short time and see what happens.  Be sure to check the o-rings on the fill and drain screws, because sometimes that can cause an issue.  And if this doesn't work, you will need to have someone pressure test it.

yup to diversions post and pull prop look for fishing line or damage to prop shaft seal thats the easiest to check visually and is a common issue every year I inspect 5 min of work to check can save 100.00''s in repair
