help understand

It's been awhile since I posted.  please explain where to position a post so all can see.  I'm currently posting under "PRO" ...."FOR MEMBERS ONLY"  but I'm afraid it's too exclusive and my questions won't be viewed by everyone.  Advise

In the left hand upper corner click HOME then select for example Open Discussion (a general area) or say Finger Lakes Discussion (a more specific one) and post within that area by clicking on the START NEW TOPIC and then do your post
