Looks like Gold Flo. Red. 573  They don't make them anymore and ebay doesn't seem to have any. Look into kaboom or brad's lip stixs.

FWIW, it looks very similar to the Olive Chartreuse Glow thunderstick….which I happen to hammer walleye on when trolling lake erie.  The one you show has some red on the back.  Thats the only difference.
