Charging UV Spoons

Whats the best way?  A buddy of mine swears by using a camera flash to charge his spoons.  I just leave mine out in the sun for a bit.  Is there one way that is better than others?

UV spoons can't be charged like a glow spoon.  Unlike a glow spoon they reflect light.  I charge my glow spoons with a camera flash or a cheap LED light i bought.

UV can't be charged but glow can, and it's all about the intensity of the light you use to charge, not how long you expose it

So I don't need to do anything to my UV spoons? And would hitting my glow spoons with my surefire duty light be good enough? Or should I get a flasher

Use an ultraviolet flashlight er charging spoons. Other than the sun it is the best way to get maximum life out of a charge.

UV as stated can't be charged and doesn't need to be. UV is the only light that can penetrate water down 500ft and even works on a cloudy day.
