Oak Orchard or Olcott?

New here and to Lake Ontario. But I've tryed for Browns a couple times this year, with a little success. Fishing flatline in 10 to 20 FOW. I will be heading out again on Monday. Any thoughts or practices out there that might help would be appreciated. Was thinking of heading out of Olcott ? Thanks
