We spent a little time yesterday investigating deeper water. It should not come as a big surprise but outside of the colored water remains to be a clean and an extremely cold wall of water (60'+ = 38 degrees). Tough to leave the shallows to fish those conditions so we tucked our tail between our legs and ran for 15 fow. And with the threat of sounding like a broken record, fishing remains great inside. Same program as the past few weeks for us with the exception of bigger sticks off the boards (same patterns though- goby, chart, black/silver). along with DW ss off the riggers and slide divers (caramel dolphin, yellow goby, and anything orange). Everything still leadered up in 10# Blood Run Fluorocarbon. Plenty of fish in 10-15 fow and as the bite slow in the late morning we slid out to 20-25 and found plenty of fish there too. Great mixed catch of Browns, Cohos, Lakers, Steel, and a King. (Only needing an Atlantic Salmon for the Lake Ontario Slam.)

Nice job Capt Rob.....I was out there yesterday near you and managed to troll it to Sandy Creek by late am........in the pm we investigated deeper water also (50+) and found only a double rainbow after the lake flattened out

No fish in the pm .....we couldn't get a fish to bite to save our souls
