Anyone find any action this weekend with the water temps still being colder then normal? I tried a small lake in Pa,still 49 degrees and nothing happening at all!

I had to work. The guy from the conesus lake forum had pics up of a couple pike he caught saturday. I read the temp there and otisco is mid 40's.

Buddy got a 49" northern sat. She had already spawned out. Just found out he got a couple more in the low 40" range and another one at 47" as well.

Caught 15 northerns on silver Saturday. All small, two six pounders was the biggest. Water temp 46 in am to 48 mid day.

The great sacandaga lake. Was home to the world record for northern pike back in the early 40's I believe. I catch plenty of low to mid 40's northerns thru the ice

Didnt hear of anything on Otisco, but saw one low 40's swimming with its head out of water.

Skunked at Conesus yesterday- was great to be out though.  The neesh is always tough (at least for me) early in the season.  May be better for those using live bait.    Main lake still 48-49 and saw 53 degrees in the southwest corner by the inlet.
