Went out the past 2 days. Water was 40 degrees. Ran everything thought lots of marked fish. 40 FOW and fish from 8-40ft. Hit NOTHING

went last sunday launched from promenade tried everything i got from 5ft till 200 FOW not even saw a fish on hummingbird 597 ci di combo 

so dont know where to look or go to fish this is my first time i bought boat in november and launch it first time this last sunday

I did the same thing last year, it was my second season fishing LO....simply couldnt wait:)

Mine is first time fishing in lake Ontario I had inflatable boat before but this year bought 17footer very new to trolling have to learn a lot any information and advice well appreciated

Went yesterday from8 am till 2pm got one lake trout one coho salmon and one rainbow trout lost 2 all caught on Dreamweaver holo green dolphin mag green with silver backing

Caught all in different depths between 35-90FOW

Don't worry too much about location, just concentrate where the green water is and make sure your spread is set at the correct depth.  Use sliders off riggers and smaller divers if the temp is up high.

How exactly do you figure this rainbow is a brown?

Don't read too much into the square tail - this was a chrome fish, I've never seen a brown trout with rainbow markings and coloring...

That fish doesn't have rainbow markings and coloring, it has brown trout markings and coloring.
