Raptor nest Oswego southern light tower short detached wall?

Anyone know what type of Raptor made its nest on southern light tower of the short detached wall?

I saw them this weekend. I think they r ospreys

They are probably cormorant nests!

Nah. They def weren't commorants. Pretty sure they were ospreys

There was an Osprey there last year and they usually return to the same nest and make it a bit bigger so I would put my money on osprey.

There's a pair of them. The baby/ies are very noisey. Growing kids need their food
