Indian River Lakes crappies

My wife and I hit a small Indian River Lake for a couple hours this afternoon and took a nice bunch of crappies and a few gills. All on jig with plastic under a float. They were over the top of weeds in about 6-8 fow and not on spawn areas yet.

Good job.  I made it out Sunday and found a bunch of 7-8 inchers.  At first I was excited about the bite until I realized that's all that was biting.  Still fishing and still fun.
