is canandaigua open to boats yet?

I was hoping to fish canandaigua this weekend - are boats allowed?

 

does anyone know how clear or muddy/turbid the water is?

Yes Dre and there is a Seager's Tournament tomorrow 6AM No t sure of water conditions I'm going to be on the lookout for debris

Last I heard boats r allowed back on the lake there Is a no wake in place near shore

Fished today heavy fog this am. Debris was hit and miss. Near shore it was worse. Only one brown today pretty slow.
