help identifying this fish head

Hi all,

 

What do you think this is. I would have thought a king, but i saw this near the boat launch at hemlock lake. I suppose it could be a brown, but i don't recall teeth like that, plus the gums are black like a king. My boot is size 12 - i 'm guessing the fish was 15-20# - would be a heck of a brown out of hemlock!  I suppose someone could have caught a king from Lake O and brought it to hemlock to give folks like me a kick.

The a-h_le that did that left it there should be publicly flogged.  Obviously cleaned & dumped.
