Fished from 7-2pm in 18-21fow. Got our limit but had to work for it. 6-9 on eyes biggest was 22" 3lbs. Silver sonar was the hot lure. Reaction bite today, might explain the empty stomachs. Dixie spinners & worms did nothing, not even a perch. Nothing like otisco eyes but at least I got some fillets in the freezer.post-142983-14016711176537_thumb.jpgpost-142983-14016711285422_thumb.jpg

Hookem & Cookem,  Did You Happen to notice all the perch fry in there stomach. We fished today also and our livewell was full of them being spit out. some of them only 2- 3 inches long.

Bullet, I heard guys talking about them feeding and spitting out perch fry. The ones we caught had nothing and were empty. There was nothing in my live well either. The blade I was using that caught the fish looked nothing like a perch either. We tried perch colored jigs, cranks and spinners to no avail. What did you pick yours up on?

First fat walleye I have taken out of Oneida. 23" little over 3 1/2 lb. other was your standard 17" torpedo. Gotta get to otisco now that I have fish in the freezer, and search for a 10 lb'er .post-142983-14023343402143_thumb.jpg
