Sandy Creek Pen-rearing Update

On Thursday April 3rd, 1pm the pens will be transferred from storage to Sandy Creek Marina.

Either Saturday or Sunday the Boy Scouts who are involved in the project will be putting the nets on the pens. Usually a pretty active time with the scouts doing their best to help out.

We do not have a date for the Steelhead to be delivered. I will post when we have more information.

Bob Holden is putting the feeding schedule together and if anyone would like to be scheduled for a feeding please email Bob at [email protected]

Feedings start at 8am with two hour intervals until the last feeding at 6pm. Please note that the 10am feeding is done by students from Brockport State as part of an accredited course. Also anyone is welcome to attend a feeding and help out even if you are not the scheduled person.Pens will again be located in the creek proper,same location as last year.

Bob is using Tuesday April 15th as a start date and will adjust from there.

Everyone is welcome to attend any of the project events.
