Wanted Need: Two cannon downrigger rod holder attachments, depth finder

We are setting up our boat for this summer and any help would be appreciated. I currently need a depth finder with or without GPS, two cannon downrigger rod holder attachments, and a dipsey rod. Anybody wanted or need to get rid of anything? PM me preferably.
