Sodus Fishing

Does anyone have any news good, bad, or indifferent on the fishing situation in and around Sodus Bay? Are the Bass hitting or have the Gobies decimated the population in the bay and lake close to the bay? Where us the good fishing these days? At a total loss and would appreciate any and all help.

Fish the weeds and docks in the bay for largies. I heard the smallies are getting active in the 8-20 foot depths (out in the lake).
