If downriggers 30 lb Blood Run Sea Flee mono with a fluoro leader. I wouldn't be using braid at all at that point in the season.

30# mono with 200' of 20# flea flicker line

You could just tie in 100-200 ft of flea flicker or blood run sea flee onto your braid.  Then run a 20 lbs leader off that.  The flees grab ahold of the line between the downrigger ball and the surface.

30 pound mono plain and simple has always worked for me during flea season. If running spoons use a 12 to 20 pound fluro leader. If running flashers and flys tie the mono straight to the flashers or paddles.

Check Walmart. They always have 30 lb big game in our store.I keep the 30 pound on through September. Can't beat it. Thats what they make barrel swivels and fluro leader for. :)

I'm with steel fire on the big game.....30# is plenty....when running flasher flies or spin docs, no need for a leader....15lb flouro leaders spliced in for my spoons.....Braid is terrible with the fleas....

Stranded Wire for dipseys...yes some fleas get on sometimes but easy to get off and you get good hook ups and cuts through the water nicely...not as easy off boards as braid though.

I run 14lb 100% Trilene Flouro.  I dont seem to have a horrible problem with sea lice.  Maybe Im lucky
