Name that lure

Sorry I dont have a picture but it is a swimming jig. About 3/8 ounce black coated head with a  concave lip that goes around  the botton of the back of the jig head. Jig has hair or feathers.   The kicker is it has a 2nd hook attached to the first through the eye. that second hook has the same color hair and feathers.  On the retrieve it will have constant undulating motion that was irresistable to pike. Anyone know what is is and where to get some? I have seached internet and cant find it. Thanks

Tks.  they look very similar  but the one I was looking for had a sort of collar around the bottom of the 

jig head. I think that is what gave it the crazy action.  I would love to get hold of a few of those. The Jensen jigs look good. I may order a couple.
