Olcott still slow?

Gonna try head out early tomorrow, last Thursday was pretty slow for us, picked up a few fish between 325-400fow .. Good temps about 85' down, just wondering has a whole lot changed ? Also wanted some input on down speeds.. 2.6 is where we normally run, seem to set a lot of fish by the riggers streaking around but not take, too slow or too fast?

The good temps disappeared on Saturday and we were getting low 40s 50' down.   Checked them from 200-450 FOW.  Wind will determine how this weekend plays out.  The up side is that it was a steelhead slaughter regardless of temps on Saturday.
