This is the reel for all who are confused, The tie down is right in the middle of the reel it is  used to start the line winding process, or can just uses a arbor not, Cheapest i could find was here , http://www.walmart.com/ip/Daiwa-STTLW20H-C-Saltist-LevWind-Cast-Reel/25551318
