How are the fleas on cayuga?

My buddy said he fished 6 hrs yesterday and never saw a single flea? I think he is full of BS! Just wondering if they are bad?

Saturday on Cayuga not terrible... ran 30lb big game.. they were there though, on connections, hooks and wires.. I didn't care, part of summer fishing.

Out of long point yesterday, fleas weren't bad at all.  WEED MATS were terrible though.  Water was very murky as well.
