Hit the water at Myers around 6:30am and went north to AES for some Jigging action... had 2 guys in the boat fishing who had never caught anything Jigging before so the pressure was on. Total of 7 Lakers in the boat and 4 keepers in the livewell, biggest was 24". Each man got one laker and I got 4 total. Bait was scattered everywhere from 50" to 100" and fish were all caught in this range. Around 12 we headed over to Taughannock but the action was nowhere near as good there.  Had to get on the edge of the massive bait pods to get them to bite but the new Terrova with Anchor lock did the trick perfectly (best investment ever for Jigging). Cottage on the lake next week so more reports to come.

I have read reports of others doing better this day but that's how it goes sometimes.
