Hatchery Projects?

Just wondering what we have for hatcheries here in Ontario.. Where are they? How does one get involved? How does it compare to the US? Any info would be appreciated..

there are no comparisons sadly for us.

There is a hatchery down in Turkey point that use to deal with atlantic salmon.

There is also the ringwood fish culture station but im not sure if it is still in operation or what their current mandate would be.

It is still there and active as far as I know. I always find it odd an Atlantic salmon hatchery for Lake Ontario is located seconds from Lake Erie. Also, why hatch Atlantics when Kings are what everyone is after!

There are a number of clubs that are engaged with Pen Projects and every fall request help getting eggs from the spawning salmon. I'm a member of the Port Credit club.
