Managed a few walleye today. We were fishing in the St. Lawrence river. Weather was Crap but still got a few.

Fish weighed 11, 10, 9, 9, 7, & 6 lbs. Great day!

Congratulations, that's a very impressive, catch particularly on a cold front. Did they come from upper or lower region of the  river?

Thanks everyone! We're going for a 12 pounder tomorrow. Might be a little hard with a 20mph SW blow.

Excellent job Chas, yea 20mph winds is a tad over what I would call a walleye chop, lol good luck tomorrow. PAP.

Tired to give it a go but once we got out there it must have had 7 footers easy.

I usually fish ogdensburg but I'm in Pulaski and it's a long ride up there looking for some where to launch to fish the lower part of the river and get out of the wind for a while

icedd,

You can put in at Cape Vincent or one of the state park launches along route 12.  Only problem being the boat traffic during day time especially down by Alex Bay on Pirates Weekend.

Thanks guys, it took some hard work and lots of money in gas too figure these fish out. Now if I could figure out these kings and I would be set.

Good luck they are out there. Wednesday and Thursday should be good walleye weather.

All during the day, it was overcast and rained a few times. The time we were catching them was 10a.m. to 3p.m.
