A segment of 5 colors of leadcore fished off a board with a bright orange spoon has out fished everything else from a rainbow standpoint

I have only fished Owasco 3 times. I'm closer to the Big O and the western fingers. Cayuga is the usual farthest fingerlake for me. I may have to begin hitting that lake more often! Niiiiiice fish!!.....and nice fishing!   ;)

Nice fish!!!!!!!! I fished Owasco before when we got blown off Ontario. Had one hit on a rigger. Whatever it was We had on battled us for about 3 minutes and straightened the hook on the spoon. I have been trying to back there ever since then!! Whats in that besides rainbows? Lakers rite?

Beauty's!! Good to see there doing good in there. Fished inlet in the spring and it has been a few years since we got any nice bows. Mostly browns. I usually pick them up while cutting across the lake about 30 down. Those are pigs though! Nice work!

Yes there are also lake trout in there. And though they have seemed to be few and far between as of recent years the brown trout in the lake have reached great size if you can hook into one. Believe it or not owasco once boasted the state record for brown trout, a 21lb 5oz brown caught in may of 1957. And just a couple years ago one weighing 22lb 8oz was caught there on Memorial Day
