HDS 7 Gen 2 issue/question

When I go to power off my HDS it turns right back on every time? Anyone know what is causing this or what I'm doing wrong? Customer service is closed until Tuesday and I'd like to get it working.

Power button may be sticking but you can also.turn unit off by just a tap of power button and the screen for brightness and such come up, at the bottom there is a shut down icon and you can turn off that way also.

Try holding down the off button for a couple seconds. Also, you may want to check the Lowrance site for software updates...could be a fix for it there.

You are holding the power button down to long, just hold it until the screen starts changing

I was told to power the unit off by option on the menu not by holding power button. Try that too

The good way to shut down any HDS is to touch the power button then power off on the Menu. Shutting it down holding the power button does the same effect on shutting down you're pc with the power button= No good!

I've tried both ways. Customer service tells me it's a voltage issue... I'll check my connections this weekend.
